Request Account & Data Deletion

The DrayTech Driver app is a private operations tool used by drivers contracted with or employed by their carrier. Accounts are issued by dispatch, not self-created. To request deletion of your account and associated data, follow the steps below.
How to request deletion
Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Account deletion request" and include:
- Your full name as it appears in DrayTech Driver
- The phone number associated with your driver account
- The last four digits of your CDL (for identity verification)
We will confirm your identity, process the deletion, and email you a confirmation within 14 business days.
What gets deleted
- Your DrayTech Driver login (phone number, profile, push token)
- Your access to dispatch chat and load assignments
- Your stored device tokens
What we are required to keep
Federal motor carrier regulations require the carrier to retain certain operating records even after you stop driving for us:
- Trip and load records, electronic logging device (ELD) data, location traces — retained per 49 CFR §379 (minimum 6 months, typically longer for customer audit obligations)
- Driver qualification file (DQ file) — retained per 49 CFR §391.51 (3 years after termination)
- Vehicle inspection / maintenance ticket records you submitted — retained per 49 CFR §396 (12 months)
- Hours-of-service records — retained per 49 CFR §395.8 (6 months minimum)
These records cannot be deleted on request while we are legally required to keep them. They are anonymized in our analytical reporting where possible.
